AS2 is one of the most widely recognized messaging standards for B2B e-commerce with thousands of implementations around the globe. It enables users to connect, deliver and reply to data securely and reliably, thereby delivering cost savings and providing flexibility and control on how the data is utilized. Major supply chains in retail, financial services, pharmaceutical, consumer product goods, automotive and petroleum industries rely on the Drummond Certified program to provide a wide selection of software tested for compliance and interoperability that offers leading product features in a variety of prices.
Through the use of DGI’s InSituTM test automation technology, all of the AS2-1Q06 software products successfully exchanged and evaluated thousands of test messages with each other in demonstrating their interoperability. By automating the sending and receiving of test commands
defined for each scenario, InSitu technology drastically reduces the time and staffing demanded for full-matrix interoperability testing.
“In order to keep pace with the growing number of software companies participating in AS2 testing, DGI’s InSitu technology automates testing to accommodate and deliver 24/7 testing capabilities for international and domestic companies that join the tests,” said Rik Drummond, DGI’s chief executive officer. “Software companies with certified products have a leading edge in the marketplace because they offer a wide array of diverse, interoperable products that companies can utilize to strengthen trading partner relationships.”
DGI also provides certification and test development of software applications for industries that prefer to develop their own association- branded certification programs.
