AUSTIN, TX–March 26, 2007–Seven software applications were Drummond Certified™ during the recent AS3-1Q07 test round conducted by Drummond Group Inc. (DGI), the leading software certification company. Products from Axway, Cleo Communications, IBM, Inovis and nuBridges LLC successfully completed the AS3 interoperability test.
AS3 is the draft specification standard by which vendor applications communicate EDI over the Internet using File Transfer Protocol (FTP) which provides digital security and receipt validation. By certifying interoperability amongst a group of commercial software products, the Drummond Certified program promotes the adoption of standards-based software for use in supply chains worldwide.
“Multiple products based on the AS3 standard help meet demands of today’s businesses in a variety of industries and ensure open communication with other B2B solutions,” said Rik Drummond, DGI’s chief executive officer.
