How to Demonstrate DSCSA Track and Trace Compliance with GS1 and Drummond

The US Drug Supply Chain Security Act requires drug manufacturers, wholesalers, repackagers, and dispensers to develop interoperable systems for the exchange of transaction information. GS1 and Drummond Group have coordinated to develop a testing program so that participants in the drug supply chain can demonstrate compliance with DSCSA using the GS1 Electronic Product Code Information Services (EPCIS) standard. Companies in the drug supply chain that successfully complete the Drummond Group testing program will receive a GS1 Trustmark which serves as proof of compliance with the GS1 EPCIS DSCSA implementation.
