FORT WORTH, TX—June 22, 2006—Drummond Group Inc. (DGI), the leading software and conformance certification company, today announced that seven products recently completed the Drummond CertifiedTM AS3-2Q06 interoperability testing program. By certifying interoperability amongst a group of commercial software products, this program promotes the adoption of standards-based software for use in supply chains worldwide.

Companies whose products passed the AS3 second quarter 2006 interoperability test include: Axway-Cyclone, Cleo Communications, Inovis, iSoft Corporation (a nuBridges Company), nuBridges LLC and Sterling Commerce. AS3 is the draft specification standard by which vendor applications communicate EDI over the Internet using File Transfer Protocol (FTP) which provides digital security and receipt validation.

“Drummond Certified products continue to facilitate efficient trading partner relationships and open communication with other B2B solutions,” said Rik Drummond, DGI’s chief executive officer. “The introduction of these software applications ensures the value of AS3 interoperability and delivers multiple products designed to meet the demands of today’s supply chains, offers users greater flexibility in making the right choice for their business needs and reduces costly communication obstacles.”
