Drummond Certified™ Announcement Guidelines

You’ve successfully completed your Drummond certification process. Now it’s time to announce your success to the world and start elevating market trust for your services and solutions.
Below, you’ll find important guidelines for announcing your Drummond Certified status through press releases or social media, along with rules for incorporating the Drummond brand (e.g. logo or official certification seal).
Press Release Guidelines
If you’d like to announce your new or updated Drummond Certified status, you can either create your own press release or, if available, use one of our convenient templates listed below.
PLEASE NOTE: any and all mentions of “Drummond”, “Drummond Group”, “Drummond Group, LLC” or “Drummond Certified” must be approved in writing/email by Drummond before publishing.
Please note the following guidelines:
- When appropriate, use the applicable press release template. At a minimum, if you mention Drummond, you must use the supplied Drummond Group About statement in your press release.
- Your press release must include the Certificate Information and Surveillance Language provided in the press release templates below.
- Your press release should be published no more than three months after certification status is received or updated.
- Upon request, Drummond will provide a custom quote by a Drummond representative for your press release.
- A Drummond marketing representative must approve the draft and final press release before publishing (the draft to final approved press release process can take 1-2 weeks).
- DO NOT upload the Drummond Certified Seal image as part of an image on your press release. We encourage you to use it on your website, please see the Drummond Branding Guidelines.

The ONC Health IT program ensures certified products that process and store electronic health records meet federal standards for functionality, security, and interoperability with the goal of protecting sensitive information, improving care coordination, and enhancing patient outcomes.

To maximize the reach of your Drummond Certified press release or announcement on LinkedIn, we encourage you to tag Drummond so that we can like, comment, and share your post.
- Please tag Drummond on LinkedIn (@drummond-group) in your Drummond Certified announcement post.
- We encourage you to also use the #IsItDrummondCertified hashtag.
- Your social media post must use language similar to the language used in the press release and must not make additional claims related to their Drummond certification not already incorporated into the release and approved by Drummond.
- DO NOT use the Drummond Certified Seal on it’s own in your social media post. Please incorporate it with your business logo or other brand images. Please see the image below as an example. Please see the Drummond Branding Guidelines for additional information.

The Drummond Logo and Drummond Certified seals are registered marks of Drummond Group, LLC and are used by organizations to display and prove their compliance or certified status.
Your Drummond representative will share the appropriate logo and Drummond Certified seals.

Drummond reserves the right, at any time and without cause, to modify or suspend these guidelines and policies and withdraw any permission granted to a company to use any Drummond owned logo, certificate, or mark. Drummond also reserves the right to act against any misuse or unfair, false claims, misleading, diluting, or infringing use of Drummond’s brand, marks or certificates.
