Senior Sales Account Manager

Drummond Group is actively growing our portfolio of compliance and information security services. Our corporate mission is to be our clients’ long-term, trusted compliance, risk, and security management advisors.   Our remote workforce of experts in PCI, HITRUST, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, with portfolio capabilities for SOC, EPCS, and more are looking for the right team member to join our team as a Senior Sales Account Executive.

In this role you will develop new prospects through outbound cold calling, have meaningful and goal-oriented conversations with our customers, while increasing sales for our company’s products and services. You will work with customers to discover what they need and create solutions to ensure a smooth sales process and long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on minimum sales performance standards and quotas; work towards and exceed assigned sales goals
  • Develop, Manage, and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and tailor appropriate solutions to meet the customer’s needs
  • Willing to cold call and hunt for leads

Qualifications:

  •  Associates Degree or equivalent training/related experience preferred
  • Experience selling network security assessments, HITRUST, PCI, and Pen Testing a must
  • Energetic, optimistic, and persistent individual with a track record of succeeding in a goal-driven environment
  • Collaborative team player who will share sales tactics and is eager to learn from others
  • 1-3 years’ sales experience
  • Previous outbound or cold-calling experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency and ease in learning new software programs
  • Excellent phone/email presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or another CRM
  • Responds well to feedback and coaching
